Dean is correct regarding OSX. Anything from 10.6.4 (which is a 2009 build) on up will read exFAT. Windows 7 has native exFAT support. Oddly enough according to Apple's own statistics, over 68% of OSX Snow Leopard users are still on 10.6.3 and 10.6.2.
