Im trying to clean out my programs and I have 19 versions of C++, can I get rid of any of these?

According to Microsoft, you need them. Or more specifically, various applications need them. They're each different in some way and each application will pick the C++ it needs.

They will probably have been installed along with different programs/games requiring them. Removing them could stop programs from working.

On my system, most of them are 1M or less in size. They aren't taking up much disk space so I wouldn't worry about them.
