Since this topic has done everything but answer the actual question that was asked, I'll try to do that instead.

Is it normal to have 2 explorer.exe in Task Manager?

Yes, it's completely normal, provided you've configured Windows Explorer to do so. In Folder options =>View tab there is an option labeled "Launch folder windows in a separate process" that caused this when ticked.

When enabled this creates 2 explorer.exe proceeses, one being the desktop and the other running all Windows Explorer windows. This makes the system more stable in case explorer crashes, at the price of higher resource consumtion.

When disabled, only a single explorer.exe process is created for running both the desktop and explorer windows.

So I didn't have to post my problem on Bleeping Computer's Malware board. Someone over there has already replied to my post.

Correction: they sent a bot. I won't let a bot work on my problem.I haven't had any meaningful help from bots on any site.

Fixed the extra Temp folder using an online tutorial.
