Hey everyone I am having a problem with getting homegroup to work with my 3 PC's. Our main cable modem/router that our ISP gave us Cisco DPC3825 is up stair and is connected to the Main PC. Our Second router DIR 632 is Down stair and is wired in from the Cisco and into our Media Room PC. The third router DIR 625 is in the basement, also wired from the Cisco and into the Basement PC. Now I added the DIR 632 only a couple days ago to extend Wifi but had home group working for all three PC's prior to adding that. The Cisco IP is 192.168.0.1 the DIR 632 IP is 192.168.0.3 and the basement DIR 625 IP is 192.168.1.1 (For some reason this will only work with the 1.1, cant do 192.168.0.2 or 192.168.0.4)

All the PC's are set to Home Network all IPv4 and IPv6 are enabled.

I have wifi working on all of them and they all connect to the internet but I cant get the to see each other. They all just say create own Homegroup. Before I added the DIR 632 I had the media room PC connected through a TP Link switch and all the homegroups worked. Is it just some settings on the DIR 632 I added that need to be changed or is it not possible to have 3 routers on the same network?

If there is anymore information you guys need to figure it our anything let me know.

Welcome to Seven Forums,

In order for you to configure a home networking (Homegroup or Workgroup), all the computers and network devices will have to be in the same Subnet - i.e. 192.168.0.X or 192.168.1.X. Have you tried to update the router's firmware to the latest or reset them to the factory default setting and see if you can change the Router/Gateway IP?

Another option that you may try is to use an IP Changer called NetSetMan - an open source utility for your wireless devices/computers to access any network resources if you would use different Subnets in your home network.
