32bit or 64bit Windows 7 for a Quad Core Processor

Im just wondering if I would need to use a 32bit or 64bit Windows 7 with a Quad Core AMD processor. Please advise?

If you have 4gb of ram or more use x64.

As you have 8gb of ram, use x64.

As your new MOBO has a uEFI BIOS.
