I wouldn`t complain about 97 to 100 degrees farenheit. What do you think the temp should be ?

You need to talk to the water cooler manufacturer, not " A computer Company ".

Who exactly did you call ?

My i7 is running at 65c on air - All cores folding 24/7. 36-39 at idle is about where i would be, no worries with that.

Did the system come With the Water cooling system? If it not then why are you calling the people that built it.
If it did come with the water cooling then maybe they didn't use enough, or used to much, Thermal Paste.

In any event 36-39°c isn't bad at all. Put some ICE in the water reservoir or stick it in the Refrig.

36-39 degrees isn't bad at all. Older computers had much higher temps and laptops (which have more sensitive parts) are *always* higher temp. I had a HP laptop from a few years back that idled at 80c. My new Dell idles at 25-30 or so. Big difference. Mainly in the fact that the chipsets are getting more efficient in heat transfer/generation.
