I created a 4Tb partition using GBT. However, when I try to open it, I get a "D: is not accessible - access is denied" error. What's wrong?

Sadly I cannot. This is occurring on a classified PC with no internet access.

Yes and I may have found the solution. The PC has Lumension software installed. It restricts what hardware you're able to see on the PC - printers, scanners, etc.

It appears, then, that you will need to talk to your IT Dept. or tech.

You're right. I didn't think Lumension would govern an additional hard drive but it does. My Windows admins were able to correct it.
