5 mins to boot, pls help reduce

Hi all!

I am currently running Windows 7 32 bit since many years and over time the boot speed has gone down to about 5 minutes! I ran Soluto and it seems like I cant do much about it as most of the essential programs take their time to start, like avast antivirus which takes around 2 minutes. Is that normal and if not, how do I diagnose what's going wrong and fix it?

Also you can run CCleaner https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download Now after you have Analyzed go to Options and then cookies look carefully at them and pick the ones you need for passworded sites and send them to the right hand side of that screen. Go back to the Cleaner and run it. This will clear a lot of clutter and save those passworded sites which if you don't save will keep asking you to login.
