Where did you see the thing about your pci mmio settings I can't find that in the manual for your board anywhere. Have you tried flashing back as Slartybart has suggested? also at this point it cant hurt to just remove the cmos battery for like 15 minutes so that it is for sure at defaults.

EDIT: Make sure your in bios the on-board gpu is set to peg/pci as well (i don't think that's part of your problem but it should be that anyways) it might have to do with pci allocation in conjunction with that.

So try removing the cmos battery for a while now then (make sure your power cable is unplugged from the back of the pc first and before you pull the battery push the power button once to drain any capacitors). Your wonky senors are still a sign something else is going on. Can you take a picture of this screen in your bios after leaving that battery out of the pc for like 15 minutes.

Before I do anything just to mention that the same thing happened another time when I had given my tower to get cleaned and stuff and it happened to say the same thing (4 gb installed memory 2 gb usable at that time)
and I remember fixing it by re-installing net framework or something, but this time it didn't work.

I have looked into that and if it is anything from that I have no idea what would cause it but try what I have mentioned then get back to us with any results you find.

well , another friend of mine told me that since I have 2 slots, I will either have to buy a new stick and make it 8 gb (the same as the 4gb one) or 2 of 3 gb to use all 6..

That should only be to use it in dual channel you should still be able to use all of it in single channel. I still think your bios is perhaps messed up because of the sensor readings but I think your ram allocation problem is because of something in your os now. If you look at this picture of my allocation is yours similar except your reserved part is much higher? This is the resource monitor.

those are my mobo's specifications and what I bought was higher that those. I bought an 1600 mhz stick and cpu-z only recognized 800 mhz for some reason , so that might be the issue there. so i was thinking to buy this one instead :Transcend DDR3 4GB Dimm 1333MHz - ?????? RAM
what do you guys think? 1333 mhz is the max as you can see^^.

to get the max you would have to have both sticks or just one stick in it at that speed and your cpu and timings must be set right also. With two sticks with one being slower it will use the slower ones speed for both. If you want to put your bios back to what it was before you need to reflash it to an older or same version. try updating with this file.http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1156/P7H55-M_LE/P7H55-M-LE-ASUS-0801.zip after flashing this from a usb stick with nothing on it but what's inside that file through ez flash in the bios then once it's done and reboots it self you need to go back into the bios and set optimized defaults and reboot once more, then you can start changing things if need be.

Where did it show 800, if it was in the DRAM Frequency area then it needs to be doubled like how mine is basically 1200 and is 2400.

EDIT: sorry misread yes if that stick is alone then it will run at only 1333 to get it to go to higher than 800 you would need to set it to probably 1333 in the bios or else it will not go to it automatically.

Even if you did buy that stick there is no guarentee they will work well with your other stick as only like pairs are guareteed by manufacture and mobo (even some of these don't work and need rma's) I would first try to use the one stick and see if it works are after telling the bios to do it at 1333 will it go to that and be stable in windows.

Your best bet is to buy a kit of 8GB that is two sticks at 1333 then you will get dual channel at rated speeds and they will be guaranteed to work together if you are gonna mix them then i would buy the same stick if you can of what you have already and then set your bios from auto to 1333. What site are you using and what budget do you have. I would also still flash your bios before attempting to purchase anything if you have not done so.

I'd go with what rvcjew said and get new memory, comes a time when one has to quit fighting a problem. The downside with fresh memory is a problem with the motherboard may show up which would be good to know about in deciding what to do next.
