Solved 60GB SSD for Boot Drive, 120GB SSD secondary, 300GB HDD others

I have scoured the web for tips on how to set up a SSD for a boot drive and have not found anything solid for what I want to do. I have a 60GB SSD that I want to use as the Windows 7 boot drive, a 120GB SSD for programs, 300GB hard drive for everything else.
1. Do I install all the drivers and Windows updates to the Boot Drive?
2. Do I use the 300GB hard drive or the 120GB SSD for the user profiles?
3. How do I set this up without corruption?

Let me know what recommendations you have.

You don't really get a choice on where to install drivers...at best you might be able to choose where to extract the files...but once extracted they are going to install into the Windows partition. Same thing with Windows update. You are updating Windows, so it's going to hit primarily the C:\windows directory.

2. Do I use the 300GB hard drive or the 120GB SSD for the user profiles?

I would leave the user profiles alone on the C drive. Then, I would create folders in the appropriate location, for example videos on your 300GB hard drive. Then, link the secondary folder within the Library and set it as the primary save location. But that's just me. Nothing wrong with moving that profile either.

3. How do I set this up without corruption?

It would take quite a misguided setup to build a system that lead to corruption. Corruption isn't something that just happens with normal actions...it's stuff that's uncontrollable like power outages and hard drive failures.

Do the Windows installation with just the 60 GB SSD connected. After Windows is installed and updated, then connect your other drives.
