Leaked Windows 7 RC torrents infected with trojan

Various torrents of the Windows 7 RC have been infected with a trojan that, if allowed to run successfully, could open a security hole in a user’s system. The affected torrents have the setup.exe install file encapsulated in a self-extracting archive, along with an installer for the trojan itself; launching it triggers an install of both Windows 7 RC and the malware.

I downloaded one of the infected ones. I can give information about it.

It was the Windows b. 7100 64-bit version, and the setup.exe was infected.

Here's information about the torrent:
Name: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 RC Build 7100.torrent
Size: 16,246 bytes
Size of .iso: 3.06 GB
Size of infected setup.exe: 14.xx kb (Not exactly sure about this)
It didn't have a icon on the setup at all, and if you check information about the real one, it will have Microsoft written on it somewhere.

Thanks for the feedback,
as far as I can discover the infections, where present, are fairly simple low level ones and as long as you are running a reasonable AV solution it should find it.

The example from the link I provided shows it being caught by Avast but of course the more information that's available, to members here, the better.
