8gb ram but only 3gb usable

Hello, i have 8gb ram installedm also i checked BIOS - all ports are enabled. I tried almost everything, i mean msconfig, bios things etc., but it didnt work... can anyone help please ?

Have you tested the ram modules, maybe one is bad? Try swapping and re seating.

I think you need to discard the old 2+2 modules and get another Kingston of the exact same spec. Otherwise save for a full blown matched set of ram. You have a issue with using the two different types with this mobo.
