A Desktop Shortcut Organizer

Is there any program that can organize selected desktop shortcuts into a sliding row (Or something similar to that). A picture of my desktop is in the attached files. I want that top bar of games to be in a row like they are but so I can click a left and right arrow to slide through them so they don't take up all of the space.

Try an application launcher?

Hi,

Here's another way to keep your desktop clear and have quick access to stuff that you use most.

Quick Cliq - portable application launcher and clipboard manager

A quick press of Winkey+Z opens up the launcher. You can create your own layout and add your own shortcuts.

The only real issue is that to avoid having to manually start Quick Cliq on every boot - it needs a shortcut to be added to:


%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

It might be something worth looking at. It doesn't require installation.

Check the screenshots and videos on the SliderDock website to get an idea. If you want to try it you can download the portable version that doesn't need to be installed.

You might look into Circle Dock. It isn't an eye pleaser, but it can be hidden and opened with a hot key, so it doesn't have to be visible unless you want to see it.

The dock appears where your mouse is by pressing a hotkey (default is F1) or your middle mouse button, other options available.
