A handful of our staff members/volunteers need basic Windows training

We have a handful of people in our non-profit organization that struggle with basic Windows 7 tasks...is anyone aware of a good online (preferably video) training site that will walk them through the basics? I when I say basic, I literally mean explaining the start button, opening files/folders, creating files, etc. etc.
