Since my local Cable Co. sold out to "Zito Media" several months ago, I've not been able to log in to a number of my CC accounts. Apparently, from what I've been able to discern, the ISP # that I'm stuck with, has Red Flags on it.

I can take my laptop, and go into town, to a friends house, where there is a different ISP #, and I can log in to my CC accounts and make my payments.

A friend of mine, who is an IT specialist, suggested that I try AVG w/VPN. By all outward appearances, the VPN is working, but I still can't log in to my CC accounts.

I've also tried using I.E. instead of Firefox to try to access my accounts, , , no change.

I've called my ISP and they act like I'm crazy, and they tell me I have to fix it myself. Arggg!

Any ideas?

By cc accounts, you mean credit card accounts? Maybe Zito Media is really named Zero[Help] Media. Malwarebytes is offering a service package that includes VPN. I have no idea how M stacks up against AVG VPN.

Sam....
Are you deliberately trying to confuse me? Because that's exactly what you're doing!
I didn't understand anything you just wrote.

It gets crazier here....I tried the AVG/VPN on my main, desktop, PC and it didn't work.
Then I tried another program suggested by my IT specialist friend, called "YogaDNS" and it seems to be working, on my laptop, but not on my Desktop PC.

Since "YogaDNS" is working on my Laptop, I've not tried AVG/VPN.

But since I can now access my three main Credit Card Accounts, using my Laptop, and make payments, I'm going to call this case Closed.

Why nothing is working on my Desktop PC is way above my pay grade, but I'm not going to let that fact rule me. I'm moving on.

One friend of mine, has suggested that I file a complaint with the FCC, because Zito Media is either unable or unwilling to fix their problem.

Thanks Fellas, (Roland, feel free to drop me an email. You have my addy)

Sorry, there is NO WAY I can do that.

AS I said in my last post, my problem is solved by using "YogaDNS" which changes my ISP # to Google.

I think I can mark this thread as CLOSED.

Thank You all,
