A Simple Question About Data and HDD

Hi i just like to ask a simple question. When we uninstall any kind of software through the add/remove from CP properly so does it actually wipe out the data off the HDD and write zero's to the sectors?

No.
It just deletes the files, and the action of deleting just marks the sectors as "free" and usable, but the data that makes up those files is technically still there until they are overwritten.

and i would also like to know that installing and uninstalling several softwares/games on the same drive reduce the performance of that drive + games/softwares in anyway?

No.

There may be file fragmentation, but its effects are usually minor.

there may be a slight extra effect with an ssd, but not a spinner.

but nothing worth worrying about.
