Solved A white square on the left top corner

Hey!

Can somebody help me with white square on the left top corner. It came when i updated ATI Radeon.
I am using ATI Radeon 3600 series.

hi!

Well mine square is much bigger and it is not acctualy white but it makes the area whiter or brighter. It is hard to explain...
It is about 2x1 pixels
And now i wanted to make a picture so when i pushed print scr It didnt show it on the corner. Is it in my monitor or smth

It is okay now.. I reset my monitor and it is gone but i don´t acctualy understand did it happend
