Further to this post http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/1758-abit-airspace-wi-fi-x64.html which has been quite helpful until now i need to start a new thread so there is no confusion about my current issue
OK so i have the Abit IN9 32X Max 680i mobo + Fresh install of windows 7
My problem lies with both Ethernet LAN and the Abit Aripace wireless card (bundled with mobo)
Upon completion of installation of 7 it is set that you must manually install drivers for the air pace wifi card with the Atheros drivers within windows 7... they work well but there is another problem.....
after sending windows to sleep mode and then waking the pc up the Airpace card is no longer detected....
it is no longer listed in Device Manager and can not be recovered by means of scanning for hardware changes.... the device just is not there any more!
To get the device back and listed again i have to make a system restart
I have tried everything i can think of but uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but only with the same resulted, i have even unchecked allow this device to put into sleep mode but without success
Now while experimenting with the card and drivers i have also noted that there is no Ethernet device.... "nothing" no restart fix the device just does not exist according to window... both Ethernet LAN devices are present and enabled in BIOS but windows not not detect such devices
This now leads me on to the fact that there are many other devices related to my chip-set that are not being detected
I have downloaded the latest nForce drivers direct from nVidia (15.53_nforce_win7_64bit_international_whql) but they are no use since the devices do not exist thus can not be installed
If i uninstall the only network device then reboot the device detected it listed as Ethernet however the only driver that will be accepted is the Atheros drives listed in the link above
Abit seem no help and have not updated any drivers since 2008 so you can see im a bit scuppered

Sorry for bumping.... i know its not to be done but this thread hit page 3 without a reply and id rather see if there is a fix before i shell out £100+ on a new Board
In the mean time can someone take a peek at this mobo ZOTAC NF780I-A-E LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard and let me now by comparing my current specs that every thing checks rite
I want to take everything from my current system and place on this new board...
As far as i can see everything is compatible and should swap over
