about upgradng windows 7 home to ultimate?

Hello! I just wanna ask about upgrading Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate.
When I do the upgrade does my file in drive C will be also deleteD? or just the os will be upgraded.?
Because all my files is on drive C.(Toshiba Laptop)
I mean its very tiring to install all the drivers..

Only the Upgrade key is neeed.
Anytime upgrade only adds-on the Programs & Features from version to version.

aw.. but unfortunately I do only have an installer that I downloaded from torrent and i just burn it..
Question: when the time that it will boot. will it really necessary to delete all the files? or just upgrade to os?
i don't have any idea...

please.. help me..
