access is denied networking and sharing center

I enabled the guest account for my children to use laptop.
The computer connected and worked fine. Dont know what happend
There is no networking enabled now in guest account?
It say's under network and sharing center View your basic network information and setup connections.
Unknown
Access is denied
Not sure how to fix this, Cant right click on anything to run as admin.
I have attached a screen shot of my network and sharing center.

It started working again???

Internet is connecting again, from guest account. Dont know why it stoped?
go figure?
