Acer Aspire 1 random sht downs and blue screens

Hi-
I have an Acer Aspire 1 D255 Netbook, using Windows 7 starter edition that I got new in December. It has been having random shut downs and blue screens for the last couple of months. I have not re-installed the OS.

I've run SFC /SCANNOW but it showed no issues or problems with the files.

I've attached the files per your instructions and hpe you might be able to help me.

Identical and caused by your NETw5s32.sys (network driver) I would re-install with the newest.

Replaced driver still BSOD - no good

I replaced the wifi driver with the one recommended on the ACER site. Uninstalled old driver, then reinstalled new, all as administrator. New driver is Wireless LAN_Intel_5.20.1002.3_W7x86_A. I've attached the latest files as you requsted. Do you have any other ideas I might try?
