Acer Aspire 5310 acts weirdly

Hello,
I bought an old laptop Acer Aspire 5310. There two issues with it:
1. it makes a sound at the startup and it doesn't stop until I press some different buttons.
2. after the boot, the first icon I click on, instead of opening a window appears asking me to confirm the deletion. I keep pressing escape key until it's gone, then I work normally.
any solution please?

Re-install windows? It sounds like the OS has been compromised. I wouldn't trust it.

You don't already have it? Does the laptop have a COA sticker with a Product Code on it? Is the current version activated?

I reinstalled the windows with Windows 7 pro and the bips disappeared,
the only problem is unknown device I think it's the cam, I installed the driver from its official site, but it doesn't work.

The driver didn't install or it didn't fix the issue? It could be the card reader if it has one. I had my fathers old Acer Aspire for a while and had a similar issue when I upgraded it to Windows 7. I had to just keep trying drivers until the unknown device went away.

Not sure on that one? Is the camera driver a windows 7 driver?

no, it's for vista, I didn't find the one for windows 7

That may be the issue, you could try running the installer in compatibility mode.

It's hit or miss, but you could check the downloads for similar but slightly newer models on the Acer site for Windows 7 drivers. Or figure out the manufacturer of the web came and look on their site. All depends on how bad you want the web came to work.

I checked the website of Acer, the latest driver of the cam for the laptop is for Vista, there's not Windows 7.

You may have to look at other models, ones very similar to yours but newer. That's how I found one for my fathers Acer. I don't remember what hardware I had issues with on his now though.

Ok, I will.
I downloaded 'DevIDagent' and upgrade some drivers, when I restarted the unknown device disappeared and turned into 'USB composite device' in addition one more thing turned out too '......image acquisition'.
after a while the 'unknown device' occurred and 'USB composite device' and '.....image acquisition' vanished.

I've never been a big fan of those driver upgrade utilities. Snake Oil IMHO. Don't be surprised if it wants you to buy a paid for version to actually update the drivers. It sounds suspicious to me.

Most Notebooks/Laptops have a built-in camera but the drivers for it have to be installed and may not automatically be included in all versions of Windows. And there needs to be a program to use it, sometimes Skype will pick it up. I've had success with this program:
Yawcam - Yet Another Webcam Software

I tried Aspire 5335 and other, I installed them successful and the light next to the cam is on, but it doesn't work.
