Acer Aspire 5310 acts weirdly

Most Notebooks/Laptops have a built-in camera but the drivers for it have to be installed and may not automatically be included in all versions of Windows. And there needs to be a program to use it, sometimes Skype will pick it up. I've had success with this program:

after the installation of Yawcam, an error message appeared, 'couldn't start the application', I reinstalled it but the same result
