My acer laptop with windows 7 works fine but when I tried to connect to the internet today it would not let me connect. I've tried configureing it but still no connection. It appears to be an adapter problem. just don't know where to go from here? never had a problem before now.

Rightclick on network icon in bottom right System Tray to Troubleshoot the wireless adapter. Report back.

Try reinstalling the Wireless network adapter in Device Manager. Uninstall and then reboot to reinstall. Try the latest driver from the Acer Support Downloads webpage for your model.

Does it connect when you plug in ethernet cable?

Have you reset your router and modem?

You know that your monthly internet bill includes tech support to at the very least get your devices connected, right? This may be faster if these steps don't help.

I have performed all of the above except contacting my provider and the acer webpage cause I cant get on the web

Well what does the troubleshooter report?

What happens with the wired connection?

What happens when you uninstall Driver in Device Manager and reboot.

Why am I having to type these over again?

We need more feedback to know what to suggest next.
