ACPI problem

I have a problem with instalation Ai Suite. Fail to instal ACPI driver.

Any solution?

Hi mascot and welcome to the forum!

We'd be much more helpful in diagnosing your issue if you could take the time and fill in your system specs on your profile. As there, we could see your motherboard and other peripherals that might contribute to what you're encountering.

Off the bat, have you tried going to your motherboard's manufacturer's website to obtain the latest driver?
You could also try running the program in compatibility mode.
Did you check the error logs and error number encountered that might point you to the exact problem why it's failing the install.
Did you run the application as administrator?

Here's the link for the downloads you might need for your motherboard from the official ASUS forum, including the Ai Suite which gives all the official download links from ASUS.

i download the ACPI driver but it's for vista. i change compatibility and nothing happen

When installing drivers, there are four things to try;
1. Run it as is
2. Run as administrator
3. Run in compatibility mode
4. Run in compatibility mode as administrator

If all else fails, you have two options;
1. If its not a critical component and it doesn't affect any functionality, don't install it.
2. Windows Driver Solution

Still not working for me. Fails to install the ACPI driver in compatibility as admin. How did you get it working? I don't think DriverMax works on x64.

sorted

i got mine to work at last just unrared to aifolder on desktop set compat mode for vista then went into aifolder then acpi64folder ran the asacpilns then ran the main setup hope this works for you
