Action Center Avast update important?

Hello all,

The Action Center from Windows 7 has an important message:

Update avast! antivirus (Important)

I updated the avast program, and I updated the definitions, but still the red cross appears in Action Center.

I would like to know if there is a solution to make this message go away.
I do not like to turn off this message, I rather like to make it work properly.

Try going thru the action center message it's giving you and updating Avast. Usually will go away after a reboot or 2.

It happens with avast 4.8. Open Control panel>programs and features and double click avast. Then click Repair. After repairing, reboot your pc.
