Solved Admin account help

I have a ASUS laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I am the only person that has a user account on here. My account has full admin privileges. One day I restarted it and when it came to the login screen there was a separate admin account next to mine? I did not create this. The account did not have a password, and when I logged into mine and went to user accounts it will not allow me to delete it. Should I be worrying? How do I remove it where to mine is the only account?

Hi Grego86, did you recently have a Windows update for a .NET Frame Work? that created a new account here. In trying to delete did you go to Admin Tools/Computer Management/Tools/Local Users and Groups/Users and try deleting it from there?
