Recently I've notice the admin shield on some icons that did not have it before. This is an example of the shortcut for CCleaner View attachment 148172 I have downloaded .exe files an it is on their icon too.
When I open task manager it has a button with the admin shield to view processes from all users. I don't know if it is an adjustment a Win update did or not. Can someone help and explain how I get rid of it? I have only one account on this PC.
