Solved Administrator Can't Activate

I use Windows 7 Basic 64 bit & i m admin
in an elevated command Prompt i used:
net user administrator/admin:yes
to which i got reply:
(plz see the img)
plz help in this issue.

Hi Rishabh and welcome to W7 Forums :party:

You have a couple of errors in the syntax of the command. You need to change it so that your command reads as follows:

net user administrator /active:yes

Incidentally, why do you need the built-in admin?

I was trying edit the path variable to append javac details into it..i was able to edit system env. variables before also but append didn't work there..i tried doing so to environment variables but system variables editing was not accessible, so i was thinking activating admin would solve it..but it hasn't..so can u suggest something ?

I have solved this prob by installing jdk in Program Files instead of (x86) one...but i don't get why this happened...plz enlighten me..
