Okay gang, I am running Windows 7 and I keep getting an error message when trying to export Adobe Illustrator CS4 files to a PSD. It tells me I do not have enough memory. The files have ranged from 713 KB to 9MB. And I cannot export them when I make changes to the files even though the same files have been exported previously.... I cannot get an answer form Adobe....go figure....And I am at my wits end....I have design schedules and deadlines and need to resolve this. AI also shuts down on its own...It opens the screen just about comes up and it shuts down. I have to restart my computer.
I have
Intel Core2 Quad CPU [email protected]
8 GB RAM
TB hardrive
RAPTOR SCRATCH DRIVE
My computer guru's at Computer Works built my machine, updated my OS, drivers etc. so I didn't do it all on my own.
I am going crazy! CAN ANYONE HELP?????
