Hi Amadauss,

Do you have the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7 installed?

Thank you all for the help with this issue. I have tried several ways to take control as admin but just does not seem to work.
Next step is I have a fairly new hard drive I deleted everything from and re-formatted it. I will pull the existing drive from the machine that has windows on it now and use this new drive to re-install windows 7 as a new clean install with only one account which would be me as the admin and then try my adobe install. Before I start, any suggestions or comments on anything I might do first or do I have it correct? I think as Sergio said, my permissions are all messed up and just to difficult to try and correct with the limited knowledge of 7.

Again I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the help and this site is really fantastic. :)

Jack,

Just curious why I would need the Revo program if I re-formatted the drive and doing a clean install if that is what you are referring to. Or are you saying use Revo to make sure all of Adobe is off the computer and then try again? Sorry if not understanding you.

Revo is very good in clearing the left over files .. But if your re-formatting you don't have to use it :) And re-download the software (Adobe) something the setup might be corrupted

Hope that helps,
Captain

Success!!!!!! Re-installed windows 7 Ultimate and then installed adobe Master Suite without any issues. I did go into the adjustments of the UAC and slide the bar to never for the install. After installation slide it back up. Now my probelm is getting some volume on my audio (no sound right now) and updating drivers as we speak. I have an exclamation point on my Multimedia audio controller and cannot figure out what it is to update the driver for it.

Anyway, thanks to all for the help on this issue.
