Solved Network Controller Driver Not Installed (Code 28)

I have a mini-pc (Gigabyte) GA-J1900N-D3V and have recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on the drive. The Device Manager tells me that a network controller device is not installed. If I concentrate on the word 'network', it is not the router/LAN/wireless card. No USB's are inserted. The current OS SSD is a Samsung. I installed the OS on another HDD, but still get the same error in Device Manager. I uninstalled the 'Network Controller' in Device Manager, but when I reboot it pops up again.

Does anyone have a magical answer what it could be?

I have no idea what to do with the above information.

Unzip it.

Rt click the sick device in device manager. Select Update driver. Browse to the unzipped folder.

Another way is with dism++.
Make sure the operating system is highlighted in blue in the top pane.
Click Drivers in the left pane
Click the ADD button
Browse to the folder containing the drivers
