after fresh install no programs are installing or stopped working

hi all this issue has been givingh me sleepless nights for a few days now, after fresh install of os i cart get any programs to install comes up saying either stopped working or cart be installed, i do manage to get my wifi driver installed and few other little programs but nothink major as in drivers ect, i didt have to install drivers coz windows already did it for me just had to update to right ones ect, i have tryed 3-4 diffrent win7 disks and 2 hard drives still same problem, i did try xp and that seems to work fine but that iis no good for my game i an intending to play i hope somebody can help me with this is sending me mad! (im no newbie at pcs but i aint no pro) on windows 7 32 bit 7600 6.1

Were you able to officially activate Windows?

Were you able to go to Windows Update and get your OS fully updated?

yes i can activate it and yes can get windows updates but i never use updates, iv used this version countless times on the same machine and worked every time but since i swaped cases and formatted cart get nothink to install its realy strange, i can install speedfan and wifi drivers but not ati catalyst suit realy got me baffledx have tryed sfc /scannow or what every the first 3 letters are and found now errors, thanks for reply

I have no idea why you wouldn't use Updates, but I wouldn't assume anything is "wrong" unless I was fully updated and could not go farther.

Did you in fact activate successfully?

Yes I activated it sucsessfuly with win7 loader like I said Iv used this copy many tines on this motherboard and many other computers without problems

What do you mean you never use Updates? Without Windows Updates being kept current you dont' even have Win7, since many critical performance and security patches are delivered along with drivers that Win7 wants. This is not XP, but the first driver-complete OS in the installer and via Windows Updates.

Start over and follow these same steps to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 with a new installer provided in tutorial for your licensed version of Win7.

If you follow the steps closely you will get and keep a perfect install like we've helped tens of thousands of others with.

If you stay on the course you are on you will have junk.

Thanks , but I'm not useing genuine windows I don't have no sticker with code on I'm useing downloaded cracked version befor I commit to buying the retail version

Doubt if you'll get any help since you have a bogus version.

We cannot help you until you get a genuine version. But, now, you will only be able to get OEMs that are genuine but you can use it if the computer is one you made. If not, you will have to get Win8.
