After running chkdsk /R , Occur BSOD

So after I ran my weekly cleanup on my computer
On chkdsk /R after its finish and about to reboot my computer
Its occur BSOD :huh:
After that I use Windbg to check the minidump file
on the most below down there its said " Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+75bc0 ) "
and the bugcheck Analysis it said " CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED (5a) "
Now I am out of idea how to fix this error

BugCheck 5A are quite rare, and in this case its inconclusive.

Please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:

Sorry late reply, i'm busy with my college life recently

So i have done your instruction. ran Driver Verifier for 24 hours
and nothing happens. No single BSOD was occur

I think it is not the problem of the driver

In this case we should examine the hard disk. Run both short and long tests using the Dos version of SeaTools and provide a photo/screen capture of the test results please:

Ok. What I suggest is perhaps this was a one-of conflict that I can't find the reason for. As stated 0x5 BSODS are very rare....even Driver Verifier can't replicate it.

Monitor the situation and let's see what happens. But I don't think there is a reason to be overly concerned at this point.
