Alienware Aurora Win7 64bit (how do I turn off bluetooth in bios)

This is a older desktop, and when I was trying to install a USB bluetooth Kinivo BT 400 some how the Dell 655 Bluetooth Module popped up. I was told years ago from dell that this did not come w/ Bluetooth installed.

I called Kinivo support and said that probably my wireless card did have the Bluetooth built in.

Kinivo support suggested that I restart and hit the F2 key to get into the BIOS. I did that and am a loss where to find the Bluetooth to turn off.

I have used the Kinivo BT-400 for a few years no w/o a problem, but I just purchased a Bluetooth speaker and I must of did something wrong to get this 365 to show up and block my working Kinivo.

Hope I explained this so somebody would understand. I also was told by just disabling the 365 in the device manager would not turn it off

I looked at one Alienware Aurora on the Dell site. There is nothing in the BIOS, for that one that I looked at, for Bluetooth.
I would just disable it in the Device Manager.

Dell has a special support forum for Alienware users. You could also ask there. Be sure to state the specific Aurora model, as there are several.

I have tried disabeling it w/o any luck, it will not let my USB Kivino Bluetooth work. When I first got the PC from Dell I asked if it had bluetooth and I was told no. But when I called Kinvio tech they told me that it did and was installed in the wireless wifi card. I have never seen the Dell 365 before in my Devices and Printers

Anyone else nave any thoughts???

Also will look at the dell site but that usually gets me nowhere

On the one Aurora model I looked at it has drivers listed for the Dell 365. That was the same one I looked at the BIOS listing and there wasn't anything listed for Bluetooth. Thus it would have to be disabled in the Device Manager.

If you can't get any help on the Dell Alienware forum, try the Desktop Hardware section
