All applications including windows explorer Freeze up.

As the title says i experience all of my application going completely unresponsive at various points of the day.

I saw a few people being helped with this issue, however following all the fixes i still had all of my programs, no; my WHOLE COMPUTER go completely unresponsive where i had to force reboot by holding the power button as i couldn't even open the start menu

I have tried a sfc/scannow and it said something couldn't be fixed so i decided to try get professional help here.

Please edit your profile and add all hardware information. As detailed as it can be.

It can be a disk issue.
Schedule a check disk (chkdsk c: /f)
