For over a year, all the .exe files say they are in use by another program when the software is trying to update them. For example, if Origin tries to update, it tries to update an .exe file and is unable to because it's currently in use by a different program. Also every .exe file says it require admin permission to delete despite being on on admin user. Trying to access the file's permissions is denied and the only way I'm able to delete is is messing around with the folder's permissions.
I don't know if these two things are related but it seems likely. I've used malware software like MalwareBytes in the past and it didn't find anything. I realize there isn't much info to go off of and it's unlikely anyone has a solution, but just wanted to see if maybe someone else experienced something like this before.
