Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron M5030 running 7 Home Premium. The last few days it's developed a problem where it drops all connectivity (other devices don't have a problem connecting to the router over wifi) randomly (<5 mins, maybe a couple of hours). I get the cross over the darkened wifi bars.

It tells me that there are no network connections. (there are)
Troubleshoot brings it back sometimes (1 in 5 I'd guess) - it tells me that there is a problem with the wireless adaptor.

It looks like both the wifi and Ethernet connections are down.

The wifi is Atheros AR9285. Ethernet is Atheros AR8152.

Any ideas please?

Yes. I have checked and they are latest drivers.

It seems strange that both Ethernet and Wifi go down together?

Any ideas please? The laptop worked without a problem for a few days but now has started playing up and won't connect?

Thanks
