Solved All programs not responding windows 7

Hello,2 minutes after windows 7 ultimate 64 bit start , all programs are not repsonding for 1 minute . after it stops responding , again all programs are not responding for 1 minute.I have run antivirus programs but still the same happens . I use 120GB as a local drive.Please help me.

Not much info there to go on
Is this a recent problem ? if so system restore may help you to roll back to before problem started
Have you made any recent changes ? undoing these changes may revert system back to operational

You could try a clean boot to disable unrequired programs etc at startup to see if it helps

Pauly , I have format my computer 5 times.Still the same problem. i will try to disable unrequired programs.

If this is occurring on a vanilla install then prob wont help unless you have already installed software
What about safe mode ?
Have you observed cpu usage/ram usage/processes etc during freezing this may give an indication of whats hogging the machine
Failing that I would be tempted to look at some hardware tests to prove stability of the machine, as you say you have reinstalled this occurring on a vanilla install could be hardware related

I just tried safe mode and all were responding.
