Alt+Tab Black Screen Issue

I switched from XP to Windows 7 Home Premium about a month ago, I've been enjoying it but I'm having one persistent issue. With (most) games, when I alt tab out of the application or back in there is a chance of my screen going black.

Everything remains active, I can listen to music, pause or play it with my keyboard controls, speak and listen on ventrilo, but I can't remove the black screen. I've tried different AMD drivers before, I've tried messing with compatibility mode (Disable Visual Themes, Run As Administrator) and this account (the only account) is marked as an administrator.

I would really appreciate any assistance with this. Thank you.

I've attached a DxDiag.txt file with this post.

Anyone? Really getting tired of force-restarting my computer in the middle of a game.

Hi Haecid,

Have you seen this thread yet? Looks like someone found a solution for this same issue in Vista -- let me know if it works at all for you.
