Solved Always BSOD while surfing internet

Sir,I uploaded my HW monitor voltage and sfc /scannow result screenshots and i checked my Corsair PSU and Graphics Card to another PC,it works fine and tried another PSU from VIP and other RAM sticks to my motherboard, still problem occurs and I didn't run the Memtest86+ because i tired other RAM sticks ,i'm running latest version of bios 0802 and all my motherboard drivers are up-to-date.I use APC Back-UPS RS 600 cuz their are frequent power cuts in my city,so can this cause any low power supply issue to the PSU than required or is this enough for my 600W PSU and I built my system 4-5 years back, my PC works fine without graphics card, before without graphics card also my PC had random shutdown-restarts but after intel graphics update my PC works fine.So please tell me is their anything other than this I can do.

As I understand it, you GPU and PSU works fine in another computer. 2 issues remain. sfc /scannow won't run, which indicates problems with system files and you have not run memtest86 for 7 full passes. Most of your problems can be caused by bad ram or by bad dim slots on your motherboard. Please run memtest then we will consider a clean install of the OS or a repair install to try to fix problems with the system files. It seems that the problem is not your graphics card or the PSU.

Sure Sir,I'll run the memtest86+ for 7 full passes and get back with results and does my backup UPS cause any issue of low power supply to GPU?

It is a possibility. For testing, I would try running it without the UPS for a while to see.
