Always disconnecting "default gateway is not available" please help

Hey.

I've been getting this problem quite a lot recently. My computer will randomly disconnect from the internet When I go to diagnose it, it would say either "default gateway is not available" or "local network connection doesn't have a valid ip configuration" Sometimes when i try to disable and enable the internet my pc just freezes and i have to restart the pc.I think this is random because sometimes i browse the internet for about 10-20 minutes with no problem then the internet disconnects and shows the yellow triangle

I tried all the solutions i found online but with no effect
*I checked online to see if my internet driver is up to date and it is
*I disabled ipv6 and ipv4 but with no effect
*I scanned the pc with Eset nod32 antivirus
*I installed ccleaner and scanned all the registry
*Disabling bonjour but i didn't find him
*netsh winsock reset catalog
*netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
*netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
*ipconfig /flushdns
*ipconfig /release
*ipconfig /renew
*ipconfig /registerdns
*Restarted the router

I have a dynamic ip
I did the a speedtest and i have: ping 2 ms ; Download speed 86.51 Mbps ; Upload speed 71.31 Mbps
I tried to move the internet cable into another socket in the router but with no effect

Sorry for my bad english

First - make sure IPv4 is always enabled! Under its options, make sure that it's set to automatically configure the IP; in other words, uncheck the "manually configure IP address" box.

Second - run ipconfig /all in your Command Prompt, copy and paste the results here.
