AMD CCC not working Win 7 64 bit Home Premium

I have gone over this forum and tried nearly all the solutions here. I cant find any option for a Public Key Token, and didnt find any thing in the assembly folder like that. I even cut back to a Non Beta version of the AMD driver package. I'm currently running on an HDTV because my DVI-D cord crapped out and im too broke ATM to replace it. So, i want to tweak my settings, being that i have icon overlap on my desktop. Any help is appreciated. btw, its an ATI HD 5570 card.

Nevermind. it was mentioned in a fix for installing CCC before. I cleared out my AMD folder after uninstalling and rebooted, re installed latest Beta, and im set, consider it solved
