Hello!

After my recent format, i installed AMDs old drivers ( it was something from 2013 ) and yesterday i tried to update them to recent one.
Only problem is that it keeps running into problems and not working. I have tried EVERYTHING that i found on the web.
It has gotten to a point, where i just want to sell my laptop and buy nvidia GPU.

If anyone know how to fix this please leave an answer, i also included a .JPEG and Dxdiag file.

If it's a Dell laptop like in your specs, you can only use the drivers from Dell, and they might be older drivers. Using the drivers from AMD might cause you a whole lot of problems. In fact, it might be why you are having the problem now.

Go to the Dell website and find the drivers for your model and install them. That's pretty much all you can do.

Yeah i got it working, thanks to you.
It can run games but it will play the new onese with a lag due to it's age ( it's from 2013 i think )

Well, if it's a laptop, some of the newer games might have difficulties running well. Laptops really aren't optimized for gaming, and newer games really put a lot of strain on them. They're getting better, but for optimal gaming, you really need a desktop with a good graphics card.
