Solved USB Drivers not working on my Windows 7

It had Windows 10 pre-installed, but because i hate it, i tried to install Windows 7 on it. And it worked and got everything else working but USB drivers aren't working, so i am using a PS/2 keyboard at the moment. When i installed the drivers they seemed to install fine, but my USB still doesn't work for some reason
When i went to Device Manager on my new computer, and compared it to my older Win 7 laptop, the USB drivers there look very different: w7-3 — ImgBB
Could anyone help please?

You can use dism++ to install them

It would help for the future if you fill your specs in. You can use speccy or siv or even msinfo32 to get the details.

I did actually fill in my specs when i signed up here, they are probably somewhere on my profile.
