AMD graphics with Window color. :(

I want to know i have HP Pavilion g6-1a30us and Graphics card by AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 and AMD Dual Core Processor.

I installed windows 7 Ultimate and at first when i haven't installed graphics driver in windows 7 personalization >Window Color i was not getting option to change my Toolbar color option (window color which applies on all window border and Window toolbar) like a window was opening but there was no option for selecting color but it was like an option shown in win XP in desktop properties option. After when i installed my graphics card still i didn't got that color change option.

same as this when i newly installed window in Dell inspiron N5110 15R i wasn't getting that option but when i installed my Intel HD graphics driver after rebooting i got that option.

Why i am not getting that same option in my HP pavilion please help me. I you want to know about specs of HP Pavilion then please see Support document oh HP pavilion g6-1a30us and please please help me with this window color issue.

This is something strange, I was able to run in Aero mode on Intel G33/G31 with no problems, flawless

Yes i mean this aero mode is not working in my laptop. desktop backgrounds and every thing is working except this Aero whatever option. please some one tell me how to use this again. Recentlly i re-installed my operating system But i didn't installed the old version of AMD gpu i saw a newer version on HP website and installed that one. May be is this the issue of old version ???? tommorrow i will check this and will write down here what happen.

Sometimes Aero won't work depending on the GPU/driver without the WEI being run first, on supported hardware that is.

Do as stormy said, WEI explains some problems why you cant enable aero.
