I have an AMD PhenomII X2 550 overclocked to 3.4GHz. In order to do this, I just increased the HT from 200 to 220. But here recently, I've been noticing that it idles at 90%. This is a huge problem because I experience CPU lag during most, if not all of my games. I have a nVidia GT 220, and I have never had any FPS issues (Crysis @ 30FPS max settings). What can I do to fix this? I have 8GB of ram...
EDIT: Oh, and none of my processes are very CPU heavy.
