AMD Radeon HD 6850 Problem

Whenever I try and watch a 60fps 1080p Youtube video, it begins to lag and eventually freeze for a seconds making the video unwatchable. However, it is able to play 60fps 720p with no problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am using up to date drivers, details of which can be seen below:

Before looking at the card, what is your internet connection speed? It is possible that your connection is the problem and not the video card.

I have 100mb down and 10mb up - so I don't think that internet connection would be a factor
