an unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0x80070002)

Hi
i am trying to restore my system to an earlier point but it gives me error message an unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0x80070002)

actually i installed avast and did boot scan. after scan a different profile was loaded by avast ... so to get to original profile i uninstalled avast .... but after uninstalling when i tried to login my profile it simply log off

i have no system image so i tried to restore at previos point which aint worked either

i tried this but problem is i have 3 folders in profile list two of them have sid.bak reg ...... now which one to delete
