i just need to download and install the catalyst control center

Download and install this package first, then restart your computer.

Try Angry Birds now... should work.

You can try the full suite as from what you are describing the driver didn't install, just the Catalyst Control Center. If the full suite won't install then you'll have to fall back to the driver for it from Dell,

P.S. That is also why the game won't run. Looks like all the video card is running on is whatever default driver that Windows installed for it.
